Frozen Grapes

An elegant and refreshing way to end a dinner. Vodka optional but highly recommended.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch of grapes, white or red as preferred

Method

This can hardly be called a recipe, but is here mainly as a reminder that there’s nothing simpler and nothing more refreshing on a hot Summer’s night after dinner than a late night bunch of frozen grapes with a glass of something sparkling or a good vodka as a nightcap.

Simply buy a nice bunch of grapes in a dish, and put in the freezer for 2 hours before serving.
