Blueberry Coconut Smoothie Bowl

A quick, easy and healthy breakfast or snack. Drink it on the go or enjoy topped with coconut flakes, fresh blueberries and a drizzle of honey.

Ingredients

  • 150g Frozen Blueberries

  • 200ml Coconut water

  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter

  • 1 tbsp Coconut flakes

  • 2 tsp honey

Method

In a blender, blitz all of the smoothie ingredients until fully blended into a smooth.

Serve in a tall glass for a quick snack, or in a bowl, topped with coconut flakes and drizzled honey.
